Chai Mask

In honor of this homecoming-eve, I’ve decided to share one of my favorite indulgences. This chai mask is incredibly easy to make and works like a charm! To start, you’ll need:

-1 tablespoon of honey

-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

Mix these ingredients together in a bowl. You’ll feel tempted to eat it (it really smells wonderful), but it’s in your best interest to refrain. (For extra relaxation and deliciousness, mix your leftovers in a cup of chai tea when you’re done!)

To apply, rub the mask all over your face and let it sit for around 20 minutes. I like to wash my face before I put on the mask, but it depends on what skin type you have! This mask is intended for oily or normal skin. Remove the mask with a washcloth and warm water!

Aftercare: The aftercare shows your skin that you care and locks in all the wonderful effects of the mask. Use 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in 1 cup of cool water!

Take the time to love your skin! It will thank you later, I promise.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Enjoy! Happy Homecoming!
